- The Multiplex ELISA, branded as Q-Plex™, is a technology we have developed and commercialized through a wholly owned spin-off company, Quansys Biosciences. The Q-Plex technology allows the researcher or health care provider to test for many different biomarkers in one small sample. We believe that increasing the accuracy and utility of diagnostics will help transform healthcare in the United States. Most researchers and physicians agree, the earlier a disease is detected with greater accuracy the better the patient’s prognosis. As patient outcome is improved the costs to treat disease are lowered. We feel Q-Plex technology is one mechanism for increasing the accuracy and utility of diagnostics through testing for a panel of biomarkers verses one biomarker to diagnose disease.
